The conventional cleaning description for a home cleaning service is to make your home neat and presentable. Only order this type of house cleaning if you haven’t had professional cleaning in the last 30 days (no later than 60 days). The following items are included in standard cleaning:

Living (Common) and Sleeping Areas

Trash emptied
Flat surfaces cloth dusted
All readily accessible floors vacuumed/swept/mopped
Mirrors cleaned
Window sills and ledges wiped down
Dusting around items
Vents dusted
Closet floors vacuumed/swept/mopped
Cobwebs removed
Baseboard dusted
Light general straightening completed (make things appear neat)

Bathroom Areas

Showers/tubs cleaned and disinfected
Tile walls cleaned and disinfected (cleaning of grout is a separate process)
Baseboards wiped/dusted
Trash removed
General dusting
Toilets cleaned/disinfected including base and behind toilet
Vanity and sink cleaned/disinfected
Floors washed/disinfected, carpets and rugs vacuumed
Mirrors and fixtures cleaned and shined
Cobwebs removed

Outside of range hood wiped
Top and front of oven range cleaned
Baseboards wiped/dusted
Front of fridge and dishwasher cleaned
Floors swept/vacuumed/mopped
Wipe tables and chairs
Wipe exterior microwave /convection oven/toaster
General dusting
Countertops cleaned
Cabinet exteriors dusted
Sinks cleaned/disinfected, chrome shined
